A Sacramento native, Amy Barkley Morris is a REALTOR® with the Downtown office of Windermere Real Estate, the premier real estate company in the Sacramento area.

Amy was born into a family steeped in the agricultural packaging industry of California's Central Valley. As a military spouse (and again, later, after the Navy), Amy traveled the country and moved herself and her family twenty-three times across five states, becoming adept at the art of military, government, and corporate relocations. (Yes, all three!) Along the way, Amy has bought and sold homes of her own, and became an "accidental landlord" and an inadvertent real estate investor. As a real estate client who is also a REALTOR®, she has been on both sides of the client/agent relationship; in fact, it was her experiences as a client that made her want to become a real estate professional.

Over her own career, she has worked for the Department of Defense, owned her own Virtual Assistant business, and worked in corporate as well as academic environments. Each new adventure taught Amy how to listen to clients and customers to come up with creative ways to put their needs first. Entering the real estate industry as a Realtor, Amy was drawn to Windermere's culture and values, which emphasize cooperation, respect, excellence, and family values.

In her personal and professional life, Amy's goals are threefold: listen respectfully, speak honestly, and give the same effort that you expect in return.
